Once you answer, do the TCO math. Get the purchase price, delivery, installation, floor space rent (if applicable), a two-year repair estimate, and the resale value. The first number on the quote is not the cost. I wish I had learned that before 2017.

The best home gym—or the best commercial gym—is the one that fits the people using it. It took me seven years and $8,000 in documented mistakes to really understand that.
