Commercial Gym Equipment: A 6-Step Buying Checklist (Strength + Cardio)

Ellipticals are joint-friendly and easy to start on, but stride length, step-through height, and handle ergonomics matter more than the logo on the console. Step 5: Read the spec sheet like a detective
